I cannot recommend this salon highly enough! I’ve been to many hairdressers over the years, but this one stands out due to its exceptional customer service and professionalism. I went in for a complete restyle and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who made me feel comfortable immediately. My stylist was attentive and took the time to chat with me about what I envisioned—she clearly had a passion for her work. The salon itself is clean and modern, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. I was thrilled with the way she executed the cut and colour; it was both stylish and flattering. Additionally, I appreciated the stylist's honesty about what would work best for my hair, steering me away from trends that wouldn’t suit me. The only suggestion I have is that they could consider implementing a more efficient booking system; I struggled a bit with availability and had to call a couple of times. However, that minor inconvenience was quickly forgotten once I saw my stunning new look in the mirror! It’s safe to say I’ve found my new go-to salon, and I can’t wait to return for my next appointment!

After hearing so many good things, I decided to try this salon for myself, and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere was lively, with upbeat music playing and friendly chatter among the staff. My stylist was fantastic—she really took the time to understand my hair concerns and suggested a beautiful cut that would frame my face perfectly. I also loved how she provided tips on maintaining my style and recommended products suited to my hair type. The only minor issue was that the salon could get a bit noisy at times, which made it hard to hear the stylist during consultations, but it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. I left feeling fresh and revitalised; it was just what I needed! Plus, the price point was very reasonable for the high quality of service I received. I’ll definitely be returning for my next colour treatment as I trust they’ll deliver results that make me smile every time!

One thing I appreciated was the emphasis on hair health; they used quality products throughout the process. The only downside was that it was a bit busy, which meant I had to wait a little longer than expected, but once I was in the chair, it was worth it! I left feeling like a million dollars, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend this salon for anyone in need of a makeover or just a regular trim!
